Job Summary
Our government-owned bank client is seeking an Assistant Relationship Manager to support the Private Banking team in delivering high-quality banking services to high-net-worth clients. This role focuses on relationship support, client servicing, and compliance with regulatory and governance standards in line with a government banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior Relationship Managers in managing private banking and high-net-worth client portfolios.
- Assist with client onboarding, KYC, account opening, and ongoing documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of client transactions and requests.
- Prepare client reports, portfolio summaries, and presentations for internal and client use.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, compliance standards, and risk management frameworks.
- Provide professional and timely client support while maintaining confidentiality and service excellence.
- Participate in client meetings and follow up on agreed action items.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or Bachelors Degree.
- Minimum 2 years of banking experience, preferably in private banking, relationship management, or client servicing roles.
- Willingness to undergo the CISI certification/training program and successfully pass the required examinations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with a structured and professional approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively within a regulated, government banking environment.
