Were Hiring: Technical Manager (High-Rise Projects)

Talents Tide is currently hiring for one of our prestigious clients in the construction industry. We are looking for an experienced Technical Manager with strong high-rise project experience to join a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Review project specifications and design drawings.
Monitor the preparation and development of shop drawings (Structural, Architectural, and MEP) and ensure timely submission.
Ensure shop drawings and materials comply with project specifications, site construction sequence, and the approved schedule.
Review designs of specialist subcontractors (post-tension structures, steel structures, waterproofing, curtain walls, landscaping, architectural finishes, etc.).
Coordinate and guide sub-designers to meet project requirements.
Provide regular updates to management on project progress.
Liaise with the client and address technical, contractual, and commercial matters.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
10+ years of experience with main contractors
Strong experience in High-Rise Tower Projects
Arabic speaker with Civil Engineering background
Head Office experience is preferred
