We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join the real estate division of a leading semi-government entity in Dubai. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process for a premium portfolio of residential and commercial properties, with a strong focus on client relationship management and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell residential and commercial properties within the 

    companys portfolio.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation and client engagement to negotiations and final closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, high-net-worth individuals, and real estate brokers.
  • Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits with prospective clients.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, pricing trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals. 

  • Prepare regular sales reports and market insights for internal review.
  • Represent the company professionally at property exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events.


Requirements: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales within the UAE.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic. 

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
