We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join the real estate division of a leading semi-government entity in Dubai. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process for a premium portfolio of residential and commercial properties, with a strong focus on client relationship management and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell residential and commercial properties within the
companys portfolio. - Manage the full sales process from lead generation and client engagement to negotiations and final closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, high-net-worth individuals, and real estate brokers.
- Conduct property viewings, presentations, and site visits with prospective clients.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, pricing trends, and competitor offerings.

Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market insights for internal review.
- Represent the company professionally at property exhibitions, roadshows, and industry events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales within the UAE.

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
