- Lead workshops and meetings to align business goals with technical strategies
- Ensure seamless integration between business needs and technical solutions

Qualifications, Experience & Skills required:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Business Analysis certification (CBAP, CCBA, or similar) - Essential
- Familiarity with data analytics, reporting tools, and automation technologies
