What You'll Do

  • Build and enhance key parts of the Phoenix Engine in Rust, driving high performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Keep the engine running smoothly by managing updates and upgrades with minimal disruption.
  • Develop innovative features that prioritize stability and optimization for long-term success.
  • Partner with the team to create and maintain thorough tests, ensuring robust functionality across different blockchain environments.
  • Help document the engines architecture and features, making it easy for both internal and external developers to understand.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Extensive experience in Rust programming, particularly in systems programming and performance-critical applications.
  • Proven background in developing or maintaining software engines or large-scale systems, with a strong emphasis on performance and optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a methodical and reliable approach to tackling complex technical challenges.
  • Hands-on experience with Rust projects focused on high-performance systems and engine development.
  • Dedicated to writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented, with strong communication skills that foster effective teamwork.
  • Familiar with EVM-compatible blockchains and smart contract platforms.
  • Skilled in optimizing large-scale systems for both performance and scalability.
  • Knowledgeable about CI/CD workflows, especially for blockchain-based platforms.
  • Based in +/- 5 hours from Singapore

What You'll Get
