Retention Specialist (Forex)

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Retention Specialist (Forex) who knows how to retain, upsell, and grow existing client accounts. You'll work with active clients, close high-value deals, and hit aggressive targets.

What You'll Do

• Manage inbound/outbound calls with existing clients
• Build trust and long-term relationships
• Bring back to life dormant accounts and boost deposits
• Hit personal and team sales targets
• Keep up with market trends and client behavior

What You Bring to the Table

• At least 1 year of Forex retention/sales experience
• Strong performance track record, ideally $100K+ in monthly deposits
• Fluent English
• Experience working with English-speaking clients
• Confident, competitive, and motivated by commission
• Must be open to working onsite in Sofia (near Inter Expo Center)
