The Role

We're on the lookout for an experienced Cryptography Researcher with a solid background or strong interest in developing Zero-Knowledge (ZK) proof systems. The ideal candidate will be passionate about pushing the boundaries of cryptography and eager to work on cutting-edge projects in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop cryptographic algorithms, including designing proof systems
• Design circuits for generating state proofs within a proof system
• Write academic papers and technical documentation
• Conduct security analysis and assessments
• Research and explore solutions related to proof systems, circuit design, and other cryptography challenges

What You Bring to the Table

• MS / PhD in Applied Math / Cryptography or equivalent experience
• Extensive knowledge of cryptographic algorithms and primitives
• Peer-reviewed publications in cryptography, distributed systems, or proof systems
• Familiarity with or experience in Zero-Knowledge (ZK) proof techniques such as Groth16, Plonk, STARKs, or Marlin
• Based in Europe
