KYB Onboarding Specialist, Crypto/Fintech

A fast growing fintech building stablecoin-based business accounts for companies operating across borders. Backed and built by a team with deep infrastructure experience in the crypto payments space. Small team, high ownership, early stage energy without the chaos.

The role

We're looking for someone who has actually done KYB. You'll own onboarding cases end to end for business clients, verifying entities, tracing beneficial ownership, and making real risk calls across multiple jurisdictions. This isn't a ticket queue job. You'll be one of the first people building how onboarding works here, which means your judgment becomes the process, not a rule you follow.

You'll work closely with the compliance and ops leadership, handle a high volume of cases independently, and use AI tools as a default part of how you review documents and draft decisions, not as a novelty.

What you'll do

• Run KYB reviews on new business clients, including corporate structure and UBO verification
• Apply CDD and EDD standards across multiple jurisdictions
• Make clear, well documented onboarding decisions under time pressure
• Handle a high case volume independently with minimal hand holding
• Use AI tools to speed up document review and drafting without cutting corners
• Work core US Eastern hours

What you need

• At least 2 years as an onboarding specialist doing hands on KYB, verifying business entities and beneficial ownership
• Working knowledge of multi jurisdiction customer due diligence
• Strong written and verbal communication, you can explain a risk decision clearly to someone non technical
• Comfortable working independently and handling volume without losing accuracy
• Able to work US Eastern core hours, based in the US or Europe

Compensation: $70K to $90K base plus equity. Remote.
