Join the team as a Beauty Sales Executive Based in Bukit Jalil

Are you passionate about beauty and skincare? Do you enjoy building relationships and turning opportunities into long-term success? Were looking for a driven Beauty Sales Executive to join our Bukit Jalil office and help grow our presence in the professional skincare market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow the brands presence by identifying and approaching potential clients (beauty salons, spas, aesthetic centres).
  • Execute targeted sales strategies to generate leads, deliver product pitches, and close deals.
  • Conduct on-site product presentations and demonstrations for salon owners and beauty therapists.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with salon partners.
  • Meet monthly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and business development.
  • Stay informed on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, prepare sales orders, and provide after-sales support.
  • Participate in marketing events and company initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably beauty, skincare, or wellness).
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
  • Own transport and willingness to travel within Malaysia.

Working Hours & Arrangement:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (not required to report to office daily field-based role)
