Company Background: Manufacturing / Production

Work Location: Cheras, Selangor

Working day: Mon - Fri (8:00am - 5:30pm)


Key Responsibilities:

    • Calculate and purchase special items for secondary processes
    • Handle and resolve outsourced process activities (e.g. spray process)
    • Issue BMR and closely monitor BMR closure; liaise with Assembly and SP on progress
    • Monitor subcontract parts supply, issue non-billing, and follow up on outstanding PO status
    • Perform weekly PO updates
    • Update customer portals
    • Prepare and send monthly inventory report
    • Send weekly outstanding PO report to customer
    • Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior


    Requirements:

    • Diploma or Degree in any field or equivalent
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (preferred)
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Computer literate
    • Knowledge of ERP systems
