Position Title : Assistant Restaurant Manager
Work Location : Skudai, Johor
Working Days : 6 days (10am - 2pm, 4pm - 8pm)
Salary : Up to RM 6,000
Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow.

Supervise opening and closing procedures.
Lead, train, and motivate service crew and kitchen staff.

Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower planning.

Monitor staff performance and provide coaching where necessary.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor daily sales reports and assist in inventory control.
- Reduce wastage and manage food cost effectively.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders with suppliers.
- Ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO).
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in F&B supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
