Position Title   : Assistant Restaurant Manager
Work Location : Skudai, Johor  
Working Days   : 6 days (10am - 2pm, 4pm - 8pm) 
Salary             : Up to RM 6,000

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow.

  • Supervise opening and closing procedures.

  • Lead, train, and motivate service crew and kitchen staff.

  • Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower planning.

  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching where necessary.

  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Monitor daily sales reports and assist in inventory control.
  • Reduce wastage and manage food cost effectively.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate orders with suppliers.
  • Ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO).


Requirements: 


  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in F&B supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
