Job description:

We are representing our client, a company that provides professional HR and administrative support services, focusing on payroll, recruitment, compliance, and workforce management to support smooth business operations.

  • Location: Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday / 9.000am - 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and assist in budgeting & forecasting.
  • Handle treasury function and cash flow management
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax filings, custom regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Handle monthly payroll processing.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR-related documentations.
  • Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports and functions as and when assigned by management
  • Handle day-to-day accounting and HR operations and activities.
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers and relevant authorities.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess minimum Advanced/Higher Diploma in Accounting, LCCI Higher or Professional qualification.
  • At least 3 year(s) of related working experiences.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Resourceful and pleasant personality.
  • Knowledge of SQL Financial Accounting & SQL Payroll software is an advantage.
  • Possess own transportation.
