Company Background: Interior Design - Commercial
Work Location: Damansara, Selangor
Working Hour: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Job Scope:
- To Prepare quotation, cost estimates, tender documents, bill of quantities and tender evaluation reports (Consultancy)
- To attend tender interviews and negotiations with the clients
- Contract Administration
- Preparing For Letter Awarded (L.A) To 3rd Parties (Supplier & Subcontractor
- Sourcing for required material and supplies.
- Manage and co- ordinate project related contractual matters, preparing monthly progress valuation, sub- contractor payment certificates
- Accessing EOT Claims and variations
- To prepare Monthly Progress Claim
- To coordinate within clients and design department to ensure timely submission of shop drawing
- To monitor on the sites operations including logistic of materials and equipment
- Attending site meetings
- Liaise with site personnel such main contractor, consultants and subcontractors
- Overall responsibility for project profit & loss
- Procurement monitor, cost control and verified all projects claim
- Preparation for final Account Submission
- Prepare defect list, arrange workers to close defect, prepare QAQC report.
- Joint measurement and Site monthly Progress at site
- Preparing Monthly Project Cost Report to Client & Management/Internal Report
- Preparation of Project Estimates (payments, variation, extension, termination, delays, completion, disputes, Rationalize Rate of Contract etc)
- Taking care of purchase order with supplier such as quantity and prices also liaise with consultant
- Taking care all Purchase Order Record due to Payment/Claim Matters
- Follow up financial matters/payment from client, in accordance with contract of work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project completion.
Job Requirement:
- Post Graduate Diploma or a related field from an accredited academic institution
- Preferably with at least 5 years of experience QS, preferably in interior design
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Project Management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of viewing computer applications (AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop, 3D Max, Power Point)
- Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
