Job Responsibilities:

Consultative Sales & Pipeline Growth

  • Deeply understand our Data Protection solutions and services
  • Use a consultative approach to identify business challenges, risks & technical gap
  • Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities through effective discovery and valuebased pitching
  • Lead the full sales cycle
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasting

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

  • Conduct discovery meetings with IT & Security leaders, Security Analysts & Procurement
  • Prepare value‑driven proposals, demos & presentations (with pre‑sales support)
  • Build long‑term relationships and become a trusted advisor
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction to drive repeat business & cross‑sell

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with pre‑sales, delivery, marketing & vendor ecosystem partners
  • Provide clear market feedback to improve go‑to‑market strategy
  • Contribute to marketing content, case studies & customer success stories

Professional Growth

  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, regulations
  • Participate in ongoing training to improve your product knowledge and sales capabilities

Job Requirements

  • Postgraduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent
  • 2–3 years' experience in B2B tech sales (Cybersecurity, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, SaaS)
  • Exposure to enterprise clients or regulated industries
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation, customer engagement, and building relationships
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel when required

Job details:

  • Permanent employment
  • Working hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm/9am - 6pm/9:30am - 6:30pm (Monday - Friday)
  • Benefits:
  • Phone bill claim of up to RM50/month upon confirmation
