Sales & Marketing Manager

Company Background: Garments Manufacturing 

Position title: Sales & Marketing Manager 

Office Location: Klang, Selangor

Salary: up to RM10,000

Working days: Monday - Friday 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to bring consistent, profitable orders into the factory
• Acquire new B2B customers (brands, wholesalers, buyers, OEM/ODM clients)
• Grow repeat orders from existing customers
• Ensure customers match factory capacity, MOQ, and margin expectations
• Explore growth opportunities in Malaysia domestic market Asia and regional export markets 
• Coordinate marketing efforts that directly support sales (event/ exhibitions) 

Requirements

• 5–10+ years experience in B2B sales & marketing (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong understanding of OEM garment sales
