Store Supervisor (Gurney Plaza & Queensbay Mall)

Company Background:

We are representing our client, which is a retail company for sportswear. As their expansion, they are currently hiring for a store supervisor located at Penang (Gurney Plaza & Queensbay Mall).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer complaints and enquiries.
• Drive sales performance by achieving and exceeding store targets.
• Monitor staff service standards to maximize overall store sales.
• Utilize in-store systems and sales reports to optimize product placement and promote the full product range.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards to attract and engage customers.
• Support staff training, development, and onboarding to ensure team growth and performance.

Requirements:

• At least SPM
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail/ supervisory role
• Able to communicate in Mandarin due to business nature
