We are currently expanding and looking for a motivated HR Admin Assistant Intern to join our growing team at our office in Kota Laksamana, Melaka.

Internship Benefits

  • 5 working days (Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm)
  • Allowance: RM800
  • Internship Duration: 3-6 months

Job Responsibilities

As an HR Admin Assistant Intern, you will support the HR team in daily operations, including:

  • Assist with HR documents, contracts & onboarding
  • Source candidates via job portals & social media
  • Support interview coordination & basic screening
  • Handle general admin tasks and support the HR team

Job Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written)
  • Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in an office-based setting
