Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full employee lifecycle for contract staff (joining, onboarding, placement, extension, termination)
  • Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, and assignment letters
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR database
  • Compile monthly attendance, claims, and overtime data for payroll processing
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with payroll vendor/internal finance team
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, tax filings where applicable)
  • Coordinate deployment details with clients and internal recruitment team
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed before deployment
  • Act as point of contact for contract staff HR-related queries
  • Track contract expiry, renewals, and probation reviews
  • Handle basic employee queries and escalation matters
  • Support disciplinary documentation and HR case follow-up
  • Ensure employee engagement and communication for contract staff

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, admin, or payroll (preferably in recruitment agency, outsourcing, or contract staffing environment)
  • Familiar with Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
