Company Background:
We are representing our client, a Malaysia-based trading and distribution company specializing in a wide range of corporate gifts, promotional items, and customized gifting solutions. The company serves both local and international clients by providing end-to-end sales support, order fulfillment, and customer service.
Position Title : Inside Sales Representative
Location: Based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm / Monday to Friday
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via phone, email, or online chat to understand their needs, recommend products or services that meet those needs, and answer incoming inquiries.
- Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers.
- Manage the end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment while maintaining clear communication with customers.
- Proactively follow up on provided quotations, addressing customers' concerns or questions to facilitate a smooth decision-making process.
- Work closely with the internal team and external suppliers to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise during the process.
Address and resolve customer issues or concerns promptly, aiming to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. - Utilize CRM systems effectively to track customer interactions, manage leads, and streamline the customer service process.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
Job Requirement:
- SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent.
- Comfortable with client-facing activities such as in-person meetings, phone calls, and emails.
- Demonstrate the ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, delivering efficient and high-quality results.
- Able to communicate and write proficiently in Mandarin for liaising with China suppliers via WeChat and other communication platforms.
- Can communicate and write well in English.
- Corporate working experience - basic understanding of how business-to-business model works.
- Strong follow-up skills and proactive attitude. Proficient in navigating backend systems and enterprise online platforms with minimal guidance.
