Supply Chain Executive (Systems Focus)
Location: Sungai Bakap, Penang
Job Type: Full-Time | 2-Year Contract
Compensation: RM3,000 - RM4,000
A growing manufacturing group is looking for a Supply Chain Executive (Systems Focus) to support the implementation of a new ERP system. This role is ideal for detail-oriented candidates with strong data management skills and a basic understanding of supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management & System Maintenance
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain master data for materials, suppliers, customers, and routing information in the ERP system.
 - Collect, update, and integrate data for end-to-end supply chain planning.
 - Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of supply chain software systems.
 
Reporting & Analysis
- Compile and update supply chain data for planning and reporting.
 - Analyze system data to identify inefficiencies, track performance, and generate reports for decision-making.
 - Improve and maintain dashboards (inventory, delivery schedules, purchase orders).
 
System Support & Training
- Support system testing, upgrades, and implementation of new modules or enhancements.
 - Develop SOPs, user manuals, and training materials related to ERP use.
 - Provide end-user training to internal teams.
 
Coordination & Compliance
- Work closely with the production team to align material availability with production schedules.
 - Maintain accurate records through the ERP system.
 - Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and safety standards.
 
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
 - Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience as Supply Chain/Planner/Buyer/Purchaser/Warehouse Executive within manufacturing industry.
 - Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is an advantage
 - Experience with ERP/WMS system
 - Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
 - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory control.
 
Working Hours & Structure:
- Monday Friday: 8:30am to 6:00pm
 - Annual Leave: 12 days (pro-rated)
