Company Background
We are representing our client a leading global freight forwarding, supply chain and technology company in the search for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Sea Freight Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist to prepare transhipment documentations
- Reporting and data entry
- Coordinate all shipping requirements in respect to transshipments
- Prepare and check through t/s documentation.
- Attend to customers inquiries pertaining to rates and assist in queries/bookings/followups/complaints
- Track shipments and updates
- Manage and follow-up on any discrepancies
- Any other duties as assigned by the Management
Job Requirements:
- Min 2 years of related experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in MS-Office applications
- Prior experience with Cargowise system not essential but would be a bonus
Other details:
- Working hours : Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)
