Company Background

We are representing our client a leading global freight forwarding, supply chain and technology company in the search for a suitable candidate to fill the position of Sea Freight Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist to prepare transhipment documentations
  • Reporting and data entry
  • Coordinate all shipping requirements in respect to transshipments
  • Prepare and check through t/s documentation.
  • Attend to customers inquiries pertaining to rates and assist in queries/bookings/followups/complaints
  • Track shipments and updates
  • Manage and follow-up on any discrepancies
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Job Requirements:

  • Min 2 years of related experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding/Transportation/Logistics industry
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in MS-Office applications
  • Prior experience with Cargowise system not essential but would be a bonus

Other details:

  • Working hours : Mon-Fri (9am - 6pm)
