Position : Finance Manager (Hybrid) 

Company Background : Heavy Equipment Rental Provider

Work Location : Puncak Alam, Selangor

Working Hour : 8:30AM - 5:30AM (Mon Fri)

Working Arrangement : Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a finance team to ensure accurate and timely accounting and financial reporting.
  • Oversee full finance operations for the subsidiaries, including GL, AP/AR, monthly closing, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, management accounts, and financial analysis for management.
  • Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and government authorities.
  • Ensure statutory and financial reporting compliance
  • Improve finance processes, and system efficiency within the group.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in accounting/ finance
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work under a hybrid arrangement (3 office days, 2 remote days)
