Company Background:

We are representing our client, a hardware and building materials supplier operates at Dengkil, Selangor. As their expansion, they are currently hiring for a HR & Admin Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and hiring.
  • Conduct online and in-office interviews with candidates.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Support performance management processes, including KPI tracking and performance reviews.
  • Assist in the implementation and promotion of company core values

  • Plan and coordinate staff welfare initiatives and employees engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma at Human Resource or any relevant 
  • 3 - 5 years of experience of HR/administration experience
  • Good knowledge of HR processes especially recruitment
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin due to business nature

Working Hours & Days: 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)/ 2 days per week (WFH)

Salary: RM 4,000 - RM 5,000
