Sales Admin Executive

Position Overview:

The Sales Admin Executive will provide administrative support to the sales team by handling tasks such as preparing documents, managing purchasers information, and coordinating with purchasers. This role requires good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

  • Respond to purchasers inquiries and provide property information.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for purchasers.
  • Participate in sales event such as road shows, exhibition and project launches
  • Database Management:
  • Maintain and update customer contact details and sales records.
  • Keep track of sales activities and follow up with customers.

Sales Documentation:

To prepare and handle all sales related paperwork and documentation such as:-

  • Signing of sales and purchase agreement,
  • Assist purchasers in application of financing,
  • Issuant of progress billing and miscellaneous billings.
  • Monitoring collection of billings
  • Handing over of properties
  • After sales services such as arranging the defects work to be carried out
  • Reporting and Data Entry:
  • Help prepare basic sales reports.
  • Enter sales data into the system.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative or sales support roles (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
