Company Background

We are representing our client a multinational construction company for several roles for their projects based in India.

Projects Background

Project 1: Location: Bangalore, India

Project is located in Bangalore, India (about 300 kilometers due west of Chennai), mainly composed of 6 staff dormitories, 2 outside dry dormitories, 1 comprehensive building and related supporting a total of 16 individual buildings, the contract value of about 0.35 billion USD, covers an area of about 300,000 square meters, the total construction area of about 330,000 square meters, the maximum building height of about 40m.

项目位于印度班加罗尔（距钦奈正西约300公里），主要由6栋员工宿舍、2栋外干宿舍、1栋综合楼及相关配套共16栋单体建筑组成，合同金额约3.5亿美元，占地面积约30万平方米，总建筑面积约33万平方米，建筑最高高度约40m，为富士康班加罗尔工厂员工生活区。

Project 2: Locaiion: Hyderabad, India

Construction area: The total area to be constructed by the Contractor is 31495 square meters. The said work comprises the main body of civil engineering, compartment ceiling, building utilities, fire protection, lighting and elevators. For detailed information, please refer to the attached list; the total contract value of about 0.14 billion USD.

Main Responsibilities

1. 负责制定施工机电项目的施工计划；

1. Responsible for formulating construction plans of mechanical and electrical projects;

2.负责机电安装各专业技术管理工作，组织编制项目机电安装施工方案、专项施工技术措施和工序设计，领导机电施工图深化设计工作；

2. Responsible for the professional technical management of electromechanical installation, organize the preparation of project electromechanical installation construction plans, specialconstruction technical measures and process design, and lead the in-depth design

of electromechanical construction drawings;

3.积极与业主、设计、监理、总包商和分承包商相关机电工作的沟通协调，解决交叉作业中的问题；

3. Actively communicate and coordinate with client, designers, supervisors, general contractors andsub-contractors on related electromechanical work to solve problems in cross-operations;

4.主管机电安装质量管理工作，领导组织有关工程质量问题和质量事故的调查与处理工作；

4. Be in charge of the quality management of mechanical and electrical installations, and lead and organize the investigation and handling of project quality issues and quality accidents;

5.负责大型机电设备的验收工作；

5. Responsible for the acceptance of large electromechanical equipment;

6.组织编制机电物资、机械采购计划，审批机电分承包方物资需用计划；

6. Organize the preparation of mechanical and electrical materials and machinery procurement plans, and review and approve the mechanical and electrical subcontractorsmaterial needs plans;

7.负责机电专业制造成本计划的编制、实施、控制。

7. Responsible for the preparation, implementation and control of mechanical and electrical manufacturing cost plans.

Requirement

1、机电相关专业本科以上学历;

2、8 年以上工作经验，房地产公司及设计院机电设计经验;

3、熟悉并能协调管理设备、动力、给排水、暖通、强弱电专业:

4、具备较强的方案评审和图纸审核能力，具备一定的`房地产工程技术经济分析能力;

5、熟悉机电各专业政策、行业新技术、行业设计规范。

6，能操作流畅中英文

7. 华人优先考虑

1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical and electrical related majors;

2. More than 7 years of work experience, experience in mechanical and electrical design in real estate companies and design institutes;

3. Familiar with and able to coordinate and manage equipment, power, water supply and drainage, HVAC, strong and weak electricity majors:

4. Have strong program review and drawing review capabilities, and have certain technical and economic analysis capabilities for real estate projects;

5. Be familiar with various professional policies of electromechanical, new industry technologies, and industry design specifications.

6. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin due to business need (to communicate with China team)

7. Must be willing to be based in India.
