About the job Customer Success Executive

We are representing our client, a reputable all-in-one online tax learning platform designed to assist business owners, finance professionals, and SMEs in understanding and applying tax regulations effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, welcome call, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Provide product orientation to help customers maximise the value of offerings
- Proactively monitor customer accounts to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Encourage satisfied customers on other promotional activities and event invitations on monthly basis
- Develop a deep understanding of products or services and stay updated with customers on new features and enhancements
- Work towards customer retention and upsell opportunities by understanding customer goals and aligning solutions with their objectives
Job Requirements:
- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holder with at least (1) year working experience.
- Demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Disciplined, possess a positive attitude, ability to multitask, with an outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills are needed, as are the ability to handle multiple tasks and think analytically
- Strong attention to detail is also needed to ensure that clients obtain their desired results
- Must possess own transport, as the job requires site visits to client locations
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Seeking for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
