About the job Assistant Sales Manager
Company Background:
We are representing our client which is a leading public-listed manufacturer and distributor of wood panel products, as they continue to expand, they are looking for Assistant Sales Manager to be based in Johor Bahru Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist branch manager to achieve branch sales target
- To identify, evaluation and develop potential customers
- To build relationship with existing customers and new customers
- To promote and sell company's products
- To handle complaints on quality, delivery, or any issues from customers
- To assist branch manager on branch operational matter
- To develop existing export market
Requirements:
- Candidates with familiarity in wood panel, furniture material or FMCG sales experience will be an added advantage
- Minimum 10 years sales experience selling physical goods
- Minimum 5 years experience leading a team
- Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation
- Able to travel to Singapore, overseas countries
- Language: English, Malay & Chinese (role required to deal with Mandarin-speaking customer)
Working days: 5.5 days | Mon - Fri (8:00am - 5:30pm) & Sat (8:00am - 1:00pm)
