Company Background:

We are representing a multi national workspace company in Singapore. Currently as they are expanding, they are looking for Customer Service Executive.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service: Welcome and assist the members, visitors, and guests.
  • Manage customer inquiries: Address customer service inquiries and requests through various channels (in-person, email, phone).
  • Support member onboarding and offboarding: Facilitate smooth move-in and move-out processes for the members.
  • Contribute to daily operations: Maintain the overall functionality and positive atmosphere of the space.
  • Handle administrative tasks: Perform administrative duties according to company procedures.
  • Participate in center events: Support member events and company initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Candidate with at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service role.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication skill in English & Mandarin (Due to business nature).

Job Details:

  • 5 working days (Mon - Fri, 9.30am-6.30pm)
  • Type of Visa: Employment Pass/ Work Permit (Depending on the requirements)
  • Basic salary up to SGD 2,500 + Fixed Allowances
  • Candidate can choose to stay in JB/ SG.
  • No of Vacancies - 5 Headcounts
