Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Social Media Account Maintenance. As a Social Media Account Maintenance, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining various social media platforms to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience. This is a dynamic role that requires creativity, excellent communication skills, and a passion for social media marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate engaging and relevant content to attract and retain followers.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media data and metrics to identify trends and optimize content strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and voice.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark our performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (Spoken and Written).
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their respective analytics tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas to drive engagement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
