Manager - IT Specialist (WMS, Retail/Convenience Store)

Company Overview:

We are representing our client which is an international convenience store franchise chain that offers a food service besides other convenience items and is well known for its wide range of fresh, delicious and affordable Japanese style ready-to-eat food. They have more than 20,000 stores worldwide and 240 stores nationwide.

Our client is seeking for an IT Manager with Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience for our client, a convenience store company based in Selangor.

Job Description

• Interact with business users across all levels of the organization.
• Conduct GAP analysis between the existing (AS-IS) and desired (TO-BE) business processes.
• Design and document TO-BE business processes aligned with standard MS Dynamic application functionality.
• Design and document functional application configurations.
• Design and document functional enhancements to WMS, including Screens, Interfaces, and Reports.
• Collaborate with development resources to ensure compliance with functional designs.
• Prepare test scenarios and scripts for application testing cycles.
• Provide support for application, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Assist in incident management and change request processes.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of WMS Developer working experience
• 3+ years' experience in WMS module, including Distribution Center configuration and implementation of Put-away strategy and Allocation strategy with WMS
• Good knowledge of MySQL
• Results-oriented with the ability to support team objectives and goals.
• Retail experience is beneficial.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills are essential.
