Regional Sales Manager (Southern) - FMCG - Based in Melaka
Job Responsibilities
- Spearheading domestic sales and marketing effort to achieve management objective.
- Developing domestic business and market through distribution and trade promotion.
- Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.
- Designing and implementing strategic plans to reach sales targets.
- Planning and formulating sales strategy and promotion activity.
- Analyzing market activity to reform sales strategy.
- Negotiating with trade partner for favorable trading conditions and terms.
- Control and maintaining promotion fund spending based on budget.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver the desire result and quality service to customers.
- Communicate and guide team members to achieve Top Managements direction and objective.
- Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports.
- Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products.
- Attending to domestic sales and marketing issues and problems.
- Meeting with sales managers to assess company performance.
- Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
Job requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
- Capacity to manage various projects and work on tight deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
