Company Background:
We are representing a fast growing company who specialize in baking ingredients and pastries. As they are expanding, they are looking for HR Manager to join the team in Shah Alam.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full HR spectrum including recruitment, learning & development, payroll, disciplinary management, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement etc.
- Manage and lead the HR team - 4 HCs
- Manage talent acquisition process; collaborate with different department to plan on the recruitment needs.
- Create learning & developments programs and initiative to develop the employees.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and recommend best practices; reviews policies and update as needed.
- Plan and develop the HR strategies for company improvements and retentions.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum posses a Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or other relevant field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in Human Resources Management.
- Preferably candidate have manufacturing experience.
- Candidate with foreign worker management knowledge will be added advantage.
- Strong communication skill in English & Mandarin (Due to business nature)
