Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee the full spectrum of financial operations for multiple clients, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
    • Reconcile clients' bank accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping for all financial transactions.
    • Prepare detailed financial reports, such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
    • Utilize Xero accounting software to manage and optimize financial processes for various clients.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations, including timely submission of SST, income tax, EPF, SOCSO, and other required filings.
    • Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients and support the financial closing process.
    • Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for clients to support decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams and external clients to streamline financial operations and support business objectives.
    • Implement and enhance internal controls and accounting procedures for clients to improve operational efficiency and financial integrity.
    • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial audits and regulatory compliance for clients.


    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields
    • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
    • Proficient in the use of accounting software xero accounting system
    • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
    • Experience in outsource accounting firm will be an advantage
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent time-management
