About the job Senior IT Specialist (System Support)

We are representing our client, a large firm that specialises in brand building particularly in the FMCG sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance/New Setup - Provide technical support as below

a. Device - hardware such as servers, laptops, printers, tabs, phones etc

b. User Account Maintenance - creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts, as well as managing access permissions to IT resources.

  1. Support & Tracking

a. Manage IT administrative tasks, including user account management, asset tracking, and documentation. (Maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and policies)

b. Coordinate IT equipment purchases, leases, and maintenance agreements.

c. Maintain inventory of IT assets and track usage and lifespan.

  1. Software/System

a. Strong skills & knowledge in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SQL Server, WMS systems, SFA systems, Accounting System Autocount, Web server, Email server, FTP server or DNS

b. Experience with backup and recovery solutions, and the ability to develop and implement data backup and disaster recovery strategies.

  1. Training & Project

a. Provide internal training and assistance to end-users on IT-related topics.

b. Assist in IT project implementation as and when required

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent. MMU & APU graduated is preferable

2. At least 3-5 years relevant working experience. Working experience in Autocount/autocount dealer company is advantage.

3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

4. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate.
