Sales and Application Manager

Company Background

We are representing our client that specialized in customized high, medium and low-voltage electrical projects equipment, particularly emphasis on applications for the waterworks industry. As they continue to expand, they are looking for an Sales and Application Manager to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives/ targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and tenders
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Project execution and project management
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Report on sales performance and forecast future sales

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (electrical /mechatronic)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in managerial role, preferably in the waterworks industry or project sales
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Must be willing to travel within Malaysia and internationally

Job Details:

• Permanent employment
• Working days / hours : Mon - Fri : 8:30am - 6:00pm
