Company Background:

We are representing a fast growing third party administrator company and as they are expanding, they are hiring Customer Service Consultant to join the team in KL.

Job Scope:

  • Attending to enquiries on various fronts, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre's high level of accessibility
  • Ensure communication with customers and clients with clear and relevant information
  • Manage customers or clients feedback and complaints in a professional manner
  • Perform post-case administration for future reference

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any field. Relevant insurance certification will be an advantage
  • SPM holders with experience can be considered as well.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service in a contact center
  • Enjoy people engagement and providing good advice and patience in dealing with complex problems
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition
  • Location will be based in Kuala Lumpur - Malaysia
  • Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shift schedule (for future needs)
