Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant, working hand-in-hand with the Chef.
- Ensure that the restaurant delivers convivial hospitality, ensuring internal quality standards and procedures are being understood and practiced.
- Work alongside the team to drive continuous improvements to the restaurant to achieve operational excellence.
- Train and develop team members.
- Ownership of customers dining experience.
- Communicate and manage customers feedback.
- Perform ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth running of operations.
- Pro-active in identifying operational pain points and offering solutions for troubleshooting.
- Report the Financials & Operations on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
- Ensure work relationships are maintained in a professional and cordial manner across the respective departments.
- Any other duties that the Superior deems necessary.
Requirements
- Proven at at least 3-4 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations.
- Good leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and develop staff.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
