About the job Project Coordinator
Company Background:
We are representing our client, a licensed financial services company with their office location based in KL Eco City. They are currently on a look out for Project Coordinator to support their business in IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information, ensuring all project aspects are aligned with the business goals and objectives
- Support administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and handling miscellaneous tasks
- Monitor project progress and manage any potential issues that may arise. Utilize project management tools to track work hours, plan execution, and monitor expenditures
- Break tasks into doable actions, set timeframes, and establish a detailed project plan
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders and internal teams to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Create comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports, ensuring proper record keeping
- Provide user support, ensuring all queries and issues are addressed promptly and satisfactorily
- Execute all necessary legal paperwork, including contracts and terms of agreement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Manager, or Product Owner is required. Prior experience in the financial services, FinTech sector, or related fields is strongly preferred
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
Salary: RM 4,000 - RM 5,500
