Technical Specialist (OSS/BSS System)

Company Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Orchestration Specialist to join our client's team. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and implement service orchestration systems for our client's telecommunications network
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for service orchestration systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to service orchestration systems
• Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers to ensure smooth integration of systems
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in service orchestration technologies
• Provide training and support to other team members on service orchestration systems

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field
• Min 3 years experience in a client-facing role, showcasing strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications technologies, protocols, and standards
• Must have hands on experience with telecom OSS/BSS systems
• Technical knowledge such as Rest API, Database (MariaDB, MySQL) and dashboard development will be an added advantage
• Experience with cloud-based telecommunications solutions
• Must be willing to travel to client's site whenever required

Job Details:

• 1 year contract
• Working hours : Mon - Fri (9am-6pm)
• Working location : Shah Alam
