Company Background

We are representing our client a financial advisory firm licensed by the Securities Commission Malaysia to provide corporate finance and investment advice services to IPO clients. They offer a wide range of professional services including Corporate Finance, Internal Audit, Investment Advices, Fund Raising and ESG Sustainability Reporting services.

Our client is currently on a look out for a capable and experience Corporate Finance Senior Manager/Manager.

• Location: Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur
• Working hours: Mon-Fri (9am-6pm)

Corporate Finance Senior Manager/Manager

Job Scope

• To plan, oversee, execute and manage various corporate finance assignments such as IPO advisory, financial due diligence, business valuation, merger & acquisition, financial analysis and etc.
• To lead and provide guidance to the team members in carrying out fieldworks and report drafting
• To finalise report and present to clients where necessary
• To establish and maintain good relationship with clients
• To assist in other assignments that assigned by the superiors

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Business/ Commerce/ Economics or related fields
• ACCA or CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification is preferred
• At least 5 year(s) to 8 year(s) of corporate finance or external audit working experience is required
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Willing to travel as and when required
• Solid communication, critical thinking and leadership skills is preferred
