Loss Prevention Executive/Senior Executive

Company Background

We are representing our client one of the largest retail stores with more than 300 outlets across Malaysia. Currently our esteem client is looking for experience candidates to fill the position of:

Executive/Senior Executive, Loss Prevention 

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

*This role requires frequently travelling across Malaysia to visit outlets.

Responsibilities:

• Assist to identify and investigate internal thefts and fraud in the store.
• Develop and maintain documentation of loss prevention activities & security matters
• Involves in investigation and internal case handling including investigation report and police reports.
• Assist with stores and warehouse stocktake and ensure completion of all stocktake investigations are on the same day
• Conduct stores surprise audit accordance with the QSC and ZTC checklists at least one store per day
• Brief the audit findings during exit meetings with store manager/PIC
• Draft, finalize and share the audit findings and reports with management
• Conduct in-store surprise cash count and warehouse delivery check as well as handle ad-hoc request from HQ to ensure the store is 100% compliance with the store policy
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management that deemed relevant 

Requirements:

• SPM/Diploma/Degree Holder
• Prior experience in loss prevention in retail industry or educational background in loss prevention, security or law enforcement.
• Possess own transport
• Willing to travel extensively across Malaysia
• Good observation and investigation skills
• Ability to work independently

Job details:

• Salary include : Basic + Fixed Car Allowance
• Working hours: Mon-Fri (8.30am-5.30pm)
