We're seeking a talented and experienced Admin Manager to join one of our clients who is in the poultry/livestock business.

This role is to be based in Kulim ( Open for candidates that are willing to relocate to Kulim) 

Job Description 

Oversee all administrative functions and provide support to our growing team. 

  • Manage office operations, supplies, and equipment
  • Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and meetings
  • Work closely with sales & purchasing department
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements 
  • Min 5 years experience in overall administrative task
  • Willing to go extra mile to assist and support the team 
  • Must be willing to work in Kulim
  • 6 days work ( Alternate Saturdays)
