A leading manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead its finance team and manage all financial operations. This role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and supporting strategic financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure timely, accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
  • Consolidate financial statements across subsidiaries.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop internal controls to protect assets.
  • Provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital for financial stability

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as MIA, ACCA, CPA, is a MUST
  • Prefer candidates from manufacturing industry
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role, preferably within a group or multi-subsidiary environment.
  • Team Management: Proven experience managing and leading a finance team across multiple subsidiaries.
  • Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations
