Company Background:
We are representing our client, a well known realty company based in Kota Damansara.
Responsibilities:
- Manage ERP system and document handling.
- Generate reports (monthly, sales, recruitment).
- Assist with PEA applications and renewals.
- Address agent complaints and inquiries (MOS program).
- Calculate commissions and manage resignations.
- Plan incentive trips and oversee marketing programs.
- Handle branch renewals, new licenses, and setups.
- Prepare yearly budget and ensure office maintenance.
- Verify quarterly awardees.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Admin, Accounting, or related field.
- 2+ years as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong accounting principles.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Independent and team worker.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
