Company background:
We are representing a Financial Services Company and as they are expanding, they are looking for Customer Service (Collection) to join the team in Kelana Jaya.
Job Scope:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and live chat.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Follow and achieve team sales goals on a monthly basis.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered.
- Cross sell products.
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
- Manage incoming calls and convert sales leads to customers.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Monitor customer inquiries on webpage and reach out to provide assistance.
- Remarketing of leads.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate with customer service experience is encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- At least possess with SPM.
Benefits:
- Average commission RM1000-RM2000.
