Technical Writer (Telecommunication Industry) - Open for Fresh Graduates

Company Overview:

We are representing our client; a services company that specializes in Transactional Data Intelligence for business monetization and business operation to recruit for Technical Writer to join the team.

Job Responsibilities

• Review, and update technical documentation, including user manuals and training documents
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy
• Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for various audiences, including non-technical users
• Maintain a consistent style and tone across all documentation
• Work with graphic designers to incorporate visuals into documentation as needed
• Ensure all documents adhere to company branding and style guidelines
• Continuously improve documentation processes and tools.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any related field
• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in the telecommunication industry or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to understand and document complex technical information
• Able to translate, review and update documents written in Chinese
• Proficiency in using documentation tools such as [list tools, e.g., Microsoft Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, etc.]
• Basic understanding of software development and engineering concepts is a plus
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• 1 year contract (Renewable)
• Working hours : Mon - Fri (9am-6pm)
• Working location : Shah Alam
