Client Information:

We are representing a logistics company that specialises in shipping and logistics solutions. Their services include sea and air freight, customs brokerage, and forwarding, land haulage, warehousing and marine insurance.

Job Description:

  • Provide support to existing customers.
  • Identify and explore new potential customers.
  • Conduct market research and gather relevant intelligence.
  • Prepare sales reports and compile sales data within the system.
  • Source vendors and negotiate pricing.
  • Address and resolve customer issues effectively.

Job Requirements:

  • Positive working attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High sense of responsibility.
  • Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in freight forwarding.
