Factory Manager (Wood Furniture)

About our Client:

We are representing our client a premier solid wood furniture manufacturer to search for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Factory Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production process and supervise the workers
• Decide what resources are required
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs
• Work with management team to implement the company's policies and goals
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
• Review worker performance

Job Requirements:

• Min SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• Min 5 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing industry preferably in wood / furniture related products
• Must be fluent in Mandarin (to deal with Mandarin speaking clients/partners), Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and spoken 
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Outstation applicants that willing to relocate are encourage to apply

Job Details:

• Permanent employment
• Working days / hours : Mon - Fri : 8am - 5.45pm
