Company Backround

We are representing our client, a well known portable sanitation company based in Seri Kembangan. As our client is expanding, they are looking for Operation Executive (scheduler) to join their team.

Job Description :

  • Plan & organize daily schedule to ensure the task able to be perform deliveries and services;
  • Liaison between Drivers, Customers and sales team;
  • Have the ability to maintain Trace2 system accuracy and daily service log;
  • Resolve and actively communicate with Drivers in a satisfactory and timely manner of any system issues as they occur;
  • Lead continuous improvement of his/her perimeter;
  • Perform site visit included outstation;
  • Perform Depot visitation (Pengerang, Taiping, Kemaman and etc) to provide support & guidance to Drivers and dispatch team;
  • Work with Operation Manager and IT Department to provide solutions for more effective and efficient schedule output;
  • Jointly coordinates with Dispatch team to resolve problem and improve quality of service schedule; Optimize routes, manages and determines route actions and assuring route completion;
  • To perform other tasks that contributes to the smooth daily operation;
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when assigned by Management;

Working Hours : 7:30 am-4:30 pm(mon-saturday)
