About the job Admin Clerk

Company Background: We are representing our client, a building construction company. With the current expansion, they are looking for potential candidate to fill the position of Admin Clerk to be based at Cheng, Melaka.

Salary range: RM2,500 RM3,500

Working Days: 5 working days (8am - 5pm)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to team members and management
  • Assisting with data entry and document preparation
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records
  • Prepare payment vouchers, process claims and handle bank transactions, ensuring accurate financial records
  • Handle Kong Kad (for Site Foreign Workers), assist in the calculation of salaries and ensure all related transactions are recorded
  • Other duties/ related task as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative/ support functions role, preferably in construction industry
